CANCELLATION POLICY
Our services are by appointment only, and therefore, scheduled time cannot be reused once reserved, we require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a fee of 50%. While we empathize with unforeseen circumstances, we must hold firm to this policy to protect our team’s time and your future booking opportunities.
